Document Requirements
- Bali Visas application form.
- LOA (Latter of Appoiment).
- LOI (Letter of Inten).
- LOS (Letterof Stattement).
- Letter of appointment of head of representative.
- Deed of articles of association of company.
- Passport of director.
- KTP (identity number) / passport of head of Representative in Indonesia.
- Tax registration Number (NPWP) of head of Representative in Indonesia.
