VISA APPLICATION DENIAL
If your e-VISA application is not approved by the Indonesian Government, we can
provide a refund minus our 10% administration fee and Visa Fee. -
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural
disasters or political unrest, we reserve the right to modify or suspend our refund
policy. Any such changes will be communicated to our customers promptly. -
CLOSURE OF BORDERS
We strive to follow the regulations set by the Indonesian Government. If the
regulation changes and it affects the validity of your e-VISA, such as the closure of
borders, and if your e-VISA was approved and expires, we are unable to provide a
refund. -
APPROVED E-VISA
Once your e-VISA has been approved, we cannot provide a refund. -
APPLICATION SENT FOR PROCESSING
If we have sent your application to Immigration for processing and have paid the
billing, we cannot provide a refund. -
REFUND METHOD
We can only refund to the account your money was sent from. -
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If you cancel your application and request a refund, a 10% administration fee
applies. -
OFFSHORE & ONSHORE APPLICATIONS
a. A 10% administration fee will apply to all applications requesting a refund.
b. Refunds made by bank transfer will have the bank fee deducted from your
own bank, not from Bali Visas' banking.
c. The rate refunded will follow the Indonesian bank currency.
d. Refunds by credit card method will be refunded by bank transfer directly to
your bank account. -
REFUND TIMELINE
Your refund will be processed within 21 business days from your request via email
directly to our accounts department at accounting@balivisas.com. -

EXCLUSIONS
Please note that refunds are not applicable in the following circumstances:
• Change of mind or personal circumstances.
