With this visa you CAN

• Live in Indonesia for up to 5 years.
• Travel in and out of Indonesia multiple times without the need for additional visas.
• Buy property in Indonesia, such as apartments or houses.
• Carry out business and investment activities within Indonesia.

With this visa, you CAN NOT

• Work and be employed by an Indonesian company .
• Participate in political activities or hold political office.
• Automatically gain permanent residency or citizenship in Indonesia.

With this visa, you MUST

• Report on the compliance of commitments within 90 days after the date of entry.

Document Requirements

• Valid Passport of at least 36 months.
• Proof of living expenses of at least USD 2,000 (two thousand US Dollars) or equivalent.
• Recent color photograph.
• Statement of commitment (must be accomplished within 90 days after the date of arrival), such as:
• Deposit funds in an account under the name of the Foreigner at a state-owned bank with a value of USD 130,000 (one hundred thirty thousand US Dollars), or
• Purchase property in Indonesia such as an apartment/house with a value of USD 1.000.000 (one million US Dollars).
