Document Requirements

Bali Visas application form.

Original passport valid for a minimum of 36 months.
- A minimum of 3 months Kitas validity is required upon submission to immigration.
- Personal NPWP (Tax Filing Number).
- PMA (Foreign Investment Company) company document.
- Limited Stay Permit Card (Kitas) proving that the applicant has lived in Indonesia for the last 3 years.
- SKTT (Temporary Residential Registration).

- Company deed of establishment and its amendments.
- Approval from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR) of company.
- Tax Registration Number (NPWP) of company.
- OSS documents (NIB, Ijin Lokasi, Ijin Usaha).
- Copy of shareholders passport or Indonesian ID card (KTP).
- Company letterhead and company stamp.
