Bali Visas Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Bali Visas Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: To become a Bali Visas affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid bank account for receiving commission payments.
2. Approval: All affiliate applications are subject to approval by Bali Visas. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
3.  Commissions: You will earn commissions for each successful referral to Bali Visas through your unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated based on the referral's completed transaction value, excluding taxes, fees, and refunds.
4. Payment: Commissions are paid out monthly via bank transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate bank account details for receiving payments. Bali Visas is not liable for any delays or issues related to incorrect payment information provided by the affiliate.
5. Promotion: As a Bali Visas affiliate, you are encouraged to promote our services through ethical and legal means. You may use our provided marketing materials or create your own, but all promotional content must be accurate and comply with our brand guidelines.
6. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of fraudulent or deceptive practices, including but not limited to click fraud, cookie stuffing, and misleading advertising.
7. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights related to Bali Visas, including trademarks, logos, and marketing materials, remain the property of Bali Visas. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for the sole purpose of promoting Bali Visas.
8. Termination: Bali Visas reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities related to Bali Visas and remove all affiliate links and materials from your channels.
9. Modification: Bali Visas reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to the affiliate program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.

By joining the Bali Visas Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
