I can recommend Bali Visas. They have been excellent in respect to my D1 and obtaining a drivers license.

We did have a substantial issue with a visa extension. However, the issue has been dealt with an appropriate response.

As such, I have no concerns recommending Bali visas and will continue to use their services.

I initially tried to apply for the visa myself, but unfortunately, my application was not approved. After that, I found their contact through social media and got connected with Made. He was so kind and incredibly helpful.

It turned out that some of my documents needed to be completed, and Made helped me a lot throughout the process. He made everything so easy and smooth, and now I have finally received my visa.

Thank you so much for all your help! Highly recommended.

I couldn’t recommend Bali Visas highly enough!

From start to finish, everything they told me would happen did happen, exactly within the timeframe they promised 👌🏼

Having to navigate a visa extension in another country can be stressful, but they made me feel safe, secure and completely confident that I was in good hands. It Has been such a wonderful feeling to be able to trust a company and see that trust rewarded with such a great result.

My visa extension is now complete, on time and without any drama. Thank you so much to the whole Bali Visas team for making the process so easy 🙏🏼

I would absolutely recommend Bali Visas to anyone needing help with visas in Bali. ❤️🇮🇩
… now back to surfing and being a Grandma 😊

I contacted seven different agents and visited three offices before choosing this agency for my KITAS application.

I have been a client of visa agents several times in other countries, but this agency is by far the best. They are truly excellent. I trust them 100%, and I know I can always rely on them.

Ms. Tirza and Rey always give me prompt and accurate advice. They take the time to fully understand my questions and requests, and patiently explain things until I understand.

Another thing I really appreciate is how well their website is maintained. The information is constantly updated, and almost everything you need to know is clearly explained on the website.

Since a KITAS means a long-term relationship with an agent, including renewals and other procedures, I feel very fortunate to have found such kind and capable people. I have no concerns or worries at all. I feel completely comfortable leaving everything in their hands.

I normally don't write reviews, but I wanted to share how wonderful they are. I hope my review will be helpful to anyone who is looking for a reliable visa agent.

I had an excellent experience with Bali Visas. The entire visa application process was smooth, professional, and stress-free🙏🏼
I would especially like to thank Tara and Wiswi for their outstanding support. They were always patient, kind, and quick to respond to all of my questions. They guided me through every step of the process, and thanks to their help, I received my visa successfully.
I highly recommend Bali Visas to anyone who needs assistance with an Indonesian visa. Thank you again for your excellent service!🌼

Needed a D12 pre investment visa for me and my Filipina fiance. Applied online. Received a receipt for payment. I was concerned as I did not receive any further communication from Balivisas for a week and status was shown as pending. Even though I did not pay for rush service, the visas for both of us arrived in a week. Flawless victory. I guess there was no need to communicate with me because they are 100% confident they can get the job done promptly without a hitch. Fees are reasonable. Balivisas is my go-to agency from now.

These guys are honest. Reliable. Just a great company. I am an Australian now living in Bali on a retirement visa thanks to Rima and Tante. They also arranged a full business registration for a friend with all the required tax accounts.
Rima has great English skills so everything was easy.
Thank you again guys
