I can recommend Bali Visas. They have been excellent in respect to my D1 and obtaining a drivers license. We did have a substantial issue with a visa extension. I initially tried to apply for the visa myself, but unfortunately, my application was not approved. After that, I found their contact through social media and got connected with Made. He was so kind and incredibly helpful. It turned out that some of my documents needed to be completed, and Made helped me a lot throughout the process. I contacted seven different agents and visited three offices before choosing this agency for my KITAS application. I have been a client of visa agents several times in other countries, but this agency is by far the best. They are truly excellent. I trust them 100%, and I know I can always rely on them. Ms. Tirza and Rey always give me prompt and accurate advice. They take the time to fully understand my questions and requests, and patiently explain things until I understand. Another thing I really appreciate is how well their website is maintained. The information is constantly updated, and almost everything you need to know is clearly explained on the website. Since a KITAS means a long-term relationship with an agent, including renewals and other procedures, I feel very fortunate to have found such kind and capable people. I have no concerns or worries at all. I feel completely comfortable leaving everything in their hands. I normally don't write reviews, but I wanted to share how wonderful they are. Needed a D12 pre investment visa for me and my Filipina fiance. Applied online. Received a receipt for payment. I was concerned as I did not receive any further communication from Balivisas for a week and status was shown as pending. Even though I did not pay for rush service, the visas for both of us arrived in a week. Flawless victory. I guess there was no need to communicate with me because they are 100% confident they can get the job done promptly without a hitch. Fees are reasonable. These guys are honest. Reliable. Just a great company. I am an Australian now living in Bali on a retirement visa thanks to Rima and Tante.
